If you haven’t received your item after a trade, here’s what to check:
First, go to the Equipment tab in the Trade screen. If you purchased a skin that has a Trade Lock, it will be stored here until the lock expires. Once it’s tradable, you’ll be able to claim it and send it to your Steam inventory.
If the skin is not in your Equipment tab, the funds have been deducted from your balance, and you haven’t received it in your Steam inventory, please contact our Support team. Provide any relevant details so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
