PIrateSwap retains the authority to decline your request to buy and/or obtain items for any rationale or modify the pricing of the items at any given moment.
PirateSwap reserves the right to introduce additional terms and rules, which are directly included by reference. Users must comply with these terms if they choose to utilize the Service. Users who do not wish to be bound by these Terms should refrain from using Website.
PirateSwap has the authority to amend these Terms without prior notice to users. If any changes are made, the "Date Last Modified" will be updated, and these modifications will take effect upon publication. In the event of significant changes to these Terms, users will be notified through prominent notices on the Website or via emails sent to registered email addresses. Continued use of the Website following such changes indicates the user's acceptance of the revisions. If users disagree with the changes, their only option is to stop using the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your account login information with others or to allow others to access the Website using your account.
Users are hereby notified that any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or take advantage of vulnerabilities, glitches, or technical deficiencies within our Website is strictly forbidden. 4. CS2 Skin Swap Process

The Website facilitates the exchange of CS2 skins between users. Users agree to trade items voluntarily and understand that the Website is not responsible for any disputes or issues that may arise during the exchange process.
Users must ensure that the skins they are offering for exchange are valid and in compliance with Valve's CS2 Terms of Service.
Only skins that do not have a Steam trade lock can be traded on our Website.
